What will happen after the purchase?
You will be readdressed to our website, where you should go through a quick account registration process on our service. Then you should specify your login details for your league account (it is not necessary for duoq boosting). Thereafter, your order will be placed in our system, where our professionals will be able to claim your order and proceed to boost. Generally, this process does not take longer than 5 minutes.
Who will play on my account?
Your account will be boosted by a PRO player from a diamond league or even higher, so there is a significant chance that master or even challenger league player will work on your order. We perform a thorough review of the candidates' accounts for a booster position before making them an offer to boost on our service. We also pay attention to the behavior of our boosters and do not tolerate any toxic behavior both with the customer and during the game. Any communication with the customer's friends without the customer's permission is prohibited too.
What is your refund policy?
We make full refund on the clients' request, if the order has not been started yet. If the order has already been started, then we make a partial refund depending upon the progress made.
Is there the risk of getting banned?
We are not going to lie to you. There is the risk of getting banned, but it is pretty low. Just several customers become banned throughout the year. There is approximately a 1% chance to become banned, or even lower.
How long will boost continue?
It depends on the level of the desired rank, the number of divisions and the LP gain of your account. For boosts lower than Platinum 4 and LP gain of at least 16 HP, our standard tempo is one division per day. Large boosts accelerate at the end, so the booster solidly increases the MMR of the account. Duo boosts continue longer, since they require two participants, who are free to play.
Is it possible to ask the booster to play for the champions I selected?
Yes, it is quite possible, but it can require the more boost time, as the boost becomes harder. At this very moment, we offer this option for free as the part of promotion.
How does your support service work?
We are always ready to answer your questions and solve any issues via Facebook messenger, which is connected directly to the site. We are also able to work in a classic way via an email form and intrasite chat in a customer area.
What if I want to change the booster?
You can always pause the order and thus you will drop your booster from the order. The order will be placed back in our base, when unpaused and will become available for another booster from the same league server as yours. Thus boosting may continue as appropriate.
On which servers is boosting available?
We work on American, European, and Oceania servers. There is a full list of servers: NA, EUW, EUNE, OCE, TR, RU, LAN.
